Brandon Trust in Gloucestershire is case study 6 in this publication produced by the Institute of Public Care, Oxford Brookes University, for the Voluntary Organisations Disability Group.
The study looks at how Brandon Trust promotes independent living and home ownership as part of a 15-year contract to transform services for people with learning disabilities.  Close cooperation between Brandon Trust and Gloucestershire County Council has brought efficiency savings of 3% a year.
