JON MINALL: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
I am an established member of the Brandon Trust executive management team. During my time with the team, we have overseen significant and continuous growth and development. This success can in large part be attributed to the positive commitment and enthusiasm for Brandon's mission that is so clearly demonstrated by many of its employees.
I have been able to bring to this post the experience I have gained working in a wide range of social care and housing services, primarily in services supporting people who have learning disabilities. I have gained extensive management experience at all levels within voluntary organisations, a number of local authorities, and in the housing sector. Inevitably this has enabled me to become familiar with a diversity of organisational structures.
I particularly enjoy collaborating with people who are determined to establish vibrant organisations. This is about energizing others to feel a personal responsibility for an organisation's achievements. To do this effectively we have to constantly seek to balance the dynamic tensions between person centred-ness and sustainability.
