At Brandon Trust we want and need staff that are confident, competent, and motivated. In order to achieve this we start as we mean to go on by ensuring that new members of staff receive a fully comprehensive Corporate Induction that offers the opportunity to learn about how Brandon Trust delivers it's services and to meet a number of individuals from people we support to the Chief Executive!
In addition we also ask staff to complete a four day Health & Safety Induction leading to nationally accredited qualifications in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety and Risk assessment, COSHH and Manual Handling.
