MANDATORY TRAINING
At Brandon Trust we want and need staff that are confident, competent, and motivated. In order to achieve this we start as we mean to go on by ensuring that new members of staff receive a fully comprehensive Corporate Induction.
In addition we also ask staff to complete a four day Health & Safety Induction leading to Nationally accredited qualifications in First Aid, Food Hygiene, Fire Safety and Risk Assessment, COSHH and Manual Handling. This time limited mandatory training is regularly revisited and updated on a rolling programme. We have our own specialist trainer in order to ensure that there is a genuine link between the training and what is going on in the work place.
