People with learning disabilities do not always require support all day and all night.  Many people welcome the opportunity to plan exactly when, where and how their support is required.  At Brandon Trust we believe in enabling people to set individual goals for themselves and structure our support in a way which best meets their own specific needs.

For someone like Simon, being able to get out and about and experience what is going on in his local community was once extremely hard. He is now supported by Brandon Trust and enjoys the opportunity to be part of what is going on. For instance, Simon is a regular at agricultural shows. He has been to the Stithians Show and the Royal Cornwall but if you think that is about sheep and cows, you could not be more wrong. Simon is a genuine, big time Elvis and Abba fan. He likes hunting through the second hand CD stalls to see if he can find that one recording he hasn't already got.
