We take people with learning disabilities seriously and that means enabling individuals to have the opportunity to do training in order to go out and get a job.  Just one example is Gary.

Gary is a man of many parts. He lives a fulfilling life, serving on the Consultative Committee for Brandon Trust and representing his peers within the Gloucestershire User Forum. However, Gary also has a number of different interests and skills one of which is working on a small farm in Gloucestershire. The range of activities includes animal care and growing vegetables and plants. Gary's role is voluntary, although he does receive a small income. The important thing is that he believes he is gaining skills which will enable him to develop this kind of work in the future.
