We take people with learning disabilities seriously and that means enabling individuals to have the opportunity to do training in order to go out and get a job.  Just one example is Sally.

Sally is employed by Brandon Trust at Strode Road as a domestic.  She works one afternoon a week for an hour, but sometimes helps out doing extra cleaning on a Wednesday. When Sally first took on this role she often found it difficult to understand all the different tasks involved in being a first class cleaner. She needed support from the Brandon Trust team to get to grips with the various skills required. Sally now has a permanent job and is very enthusiastic. She works really hard for instance, her vacuuming is very thorough and she is extremely attentive to detail.
