At Brandon Trust in North Somerset we are developing new opportunities for people to live the lives they choose. This means that adults with learning disabilities are respected as adults and are not simply forced into living in one particular kind of place. One of the facilities we will be making available is a short break service where people can go and experience living in a different kind of environment. We support people in houses, flats, bungalows, in registered residential care or places where people have their own tenancies.  We have partnership arrangements with Housing Associations, private landlords and Local Housing Departments.  At Brandon Trust we believe it is important for people to be able to explore the many options available to them.
