
Cutting up a pile of carrots is one thing, turning them into a delicious salad is something else. "No problem!" said Grace. She has just successfully completed her NVQ Level 1 in Hospitality; creating salads from raw ingredients is one of the skills she learnt while working in the cafe at the Scotch Horn Leisure Centre. Now Grace has decided to use her new qualification, but not to work in catering. "I've done that. I want to get a job in customer services and the NVQ will help".
