Support Workers (Full and Part Time) – Various locations
With a salary range of £12,715 to £15,400 dependent on qualifications and experience, plus sleep in allowance / waking night enhancements (dependent on service)
Bank (Casual) Support Workers – Various locations – Occasional shifts (day time and night) – hours/areas to suit
£6.50 - 6.93 per hour probationary rate for first 10 shifts rising to £6.93 - £7.88 dependent on qualification/experience plus casual worker allowances as appropriate for sleep in/wake in nights.
Brandon Trust is a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to lead the lives they choose. We are seeking to recruit permanent and casual Support Workers to join our teams operating in London and throughout the South West to work in various services areas including people living in shared accommodation or in their own homes. The role is varied and could involve helping someone with their personal care, learning a new skill or finding a job.
Experience and qualifications are not essential, as we will provide on the job training and opportunities to gain a Diploma in Health and Social Care, but a positive outlook, enabling attitude and aptitude from the start for engaging with, supporting and enabling people to make choices about their unique lifestyles is essential.
