Care and support

We support more than 1,600 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across the south of England and south Midlands, from London through Warwickshire to Cornwall.

We take a whole-life approach to the support we offer, aiming to reduce the impact of transition between different ages and stages of life by working with individuals, their families and others who support them, to create a tailor-made and seamless life experience.

Everyone is unique, so our broad range of support is focussed on the person to enable them to achieve their goals and ambitions. We also have a wide range of experience working with people with complex needs, whose behaviour sometimes challenges the environment in which they live.

Our support is funded through direct payments, CHC or the NHS and local authorities and therefore, not all our services are available in all the areas we operate.

  • Our son goes off clapping and comes back to us buzzing. The staff are like his extended family. They know him really well and the care he receives there is amazing. This is an invaluable service for us. When he is there, we know he is happy and well looked after. I don’t know how we would cope without the support of respite.

  • It means so much to me to have my job. I didn’t really know before if I would ever get a paid job. I have a good team of people to work with, we get on really well and look out for each other. I feel like we are doing something really important at work, and every time I go home it is a really good feeling and I feel so happy!”
