The man who lives here is in his forties. He is a happy person who enjoys lots of things, including walking in the local parks and feeding the ducks. He also has relatives that are local, and he spends every Sunday with them.

The person who fills the vacancy would ideally be someone in their fifties or sixties. They will need to manage their own personal care or have commissioned hours to allow for support with this.
