Kidlington (OX5)

Oxfordshire | Reference: 2008

This modern, detached property is located in a leafy, quiet cul-de-sac. It is next door to a nature park. The house is well maintained. It has four bedrooms – three for tenants and one sleep-in room for staff.

There is currently one vacant bedroom.

The house has a good size lounge and a separate kitchen/dining area.

There is a fully fitted bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor.

In the summer, the garden benefits from the sun throughout the day. It is an area people enjoy relaxing in.

The front of the property has parking for three cars.

This is a very chatty, sociable environment. The current tenants have both lived here for a number of years. The lady is in her sixties. She is very active and enjoys being part of the community. She is close to her family who live locally, and she spends Fridays to Sunday mornings with them.

The man who lives here is in his forties. He is a happy person who enjoys lots of things, including walking in the local parks and feeding the ducks. He also has relatives that are local, and he spends every Sunday with them.

Both people enjoy music and television.

The person who fills the vacancy would ideally be someone in their fifties or sixties. They will need to manage their own personal care or have commissioned hours to allow for support with this. Due to the other tenants’ support needs, if support with personal care is required, additional staff would be needed.
