Rugby (CV22)
Warwickshire | Reference: 1014The Sesame Centre in Rugby, offers a range of leisure and learning opportunities for people with learning disabilities who have complex needs and/or autism.
We offer a wide range of activities at the centre and we support people to access the community to participate in community-based activities.
The range of activities, from sensory-based sessions through to cookery and gardening, help people to gain skills, develop relationships, enhance their wellbeing, and increase independence.
Each person has an individual Plan for Life. The plan identifies what the person’s needs and preferences are, and how they would like their needs to be met. Plan for Life enables us to support people in a consistent, holistic and person-centred way.
We can offer 1-to-1 support to people who have been assessed as needing this level of support.
