Whole-life support

Our whole-life support is designed to provide seamless, person-centred support for autistic people and people with learning disabilities at every stage of life, from childhood through to adulthood and later life.

Built on the principles of enabling, inclusion, and independence, our support is tailored to each person’s unique needs and aspirations. We work in close partnership with local authorities, commissioners, and families, to deliver flexible, high-quality care and support that enables people to thrive.

Key themes of our whole-life support

Individual Service Funds (ISFs)

We support the use of ISFs to give people greater control over their care and support. These flexible funding options allow individuals and families to shape services around personal goals, preferences, and changing needs.

Children and Young People

Our services support children with learning disabilities, autistic children, and children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and their families. Through Playlink, we offer inclusive play that enables confidence, development, and social connection.

Becoming an Adult

We help young people prepare for greater independence, including support around leaving the family home, accessing education or employment, and building life skills through person-centred planning.

Working Age Adults

We offer inclusive pathways into employment and skills development through supported employment and vocational training at our social enterprises. These opportunities help the people we support to gain experience and contribute to their communities.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Our PBS approach focusses on understanding behaviours and improving quality of life. We use proactive, compassionate strategies to reduce restrictive practices and create supportive environments where the people we support feel safe and respected.

Changing Needs

Your needs may change – and that’s okay. Our support is designed to evolve with you. We’re here with adaptable support – through health changes, life transitions, and shifting aspirations.

Older Adults and Palliative Care

Our support is designed to uphold dignity, comfort, and connection in later life. We offer tailored palliative and end-of-life care that focusses on quality of life, emotional well-being, and respectful support through life’s final stages.

Outcome Statement

Our Outcome Statement sets our intent and guides decision-making across Brandon. It reflects who we are, what we stand for, and how we will continue to deliver meaningful impact together

Together, we can make a lasting impact.

Enabling Independence

In this short video, Brandon’s Chief Business Development, Enterprise, and Partnerships Officer, Tracy Date talks about how our support enables independence.
