To achieve the best outcomes for the people we support, it’s essential we work in close partnership with local authority commissioners, housing providers, multi-disciplinary teams, people we support and their families.

Our proactive, co-produced approach enables us to design and deliver a broad range of support, particularly in response to changing or challenging support needs. We will work with you to ensure that all options are explored, and solutions are always person-centred.

We do this by building and maintaining open, solutions-focussed relationships that are based on sharing knowledge and expertise. We take a creative, flexible approach to developing support packages that will maximise the opportunity to meet the needs and achieve the aspirations of the people we support.

Our CQC ratings demonstrate both our person-centred approach and commitment to the delivery of high-quality support that is embedded throughout every level of our organisation.

What we offer

We welcome opportunities to discuss how we could work in your area to enable people with a learning disability and/or autism to live the lives they choose.

We take a whole-life approach to the work we do, reducing the impact of transition between different ages and stages of life by working with individuals, their families and others who support them, to create a tailor-made and seamless life experience.

We are prioritising the following objectives in our business strategy:

  • Financial resilience and services that provide social value
  • Provide housing solutions
  • Work in partnership
  • Develop technologies to improve lives
  • Support people into employment
  • Provide the support people tell us they want
  • Grow and diversify our offer

Exploring new opportunities

In line with our business development objectives, we are exploring further opportunities to extend our offer to more people with a learning disability and/or autism, and ways we can diversify our provision.

We are particularly keen to explore the new opportunities for:

  • Children and families’ projects
  • Employment projects
  • Complex care and support
  • Children’s care and support
  • Flexible support
  • Play schemes
