A very Brandon Christmas
It seems the countdown to Christmas gets quicker and quicker every year… Before you know it, it’s passed in a whirlwind of tinsel and turkey!
It’s really important we celebrate all the wonderful things that the people we support and our staff are doing over the festive period. Whether it’s carol karaoke or ice skating in a winter wonderland, the video below is full of examples of what makes Christmas special.
Our Chief Executive, Sue Porto, recognises what a difference the dedication of staff makes to people we support.
“Our staff do amazing work every day to support people with learning disabilities and autism to live life the way they choose. This is especially true at Christmas, where many staff will be spending time away from their own families to make sure that people we support have a magical time.
“I want all our staff to know how much their commitment is appreciated, whether they support people directly or support other staff to do their jobs so well. Everyone has an important role to play in enabling people to live the lives they choose.
“On behalf of our Board of Trustees and the whole Leadership Team, I would like to thank everyone at Brandon for the incredible work they do. I would also like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
