An update for Familes, Carers & Friends - September 2020

As we move into a new phase of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Chief Executive, Sue Porto, has written this letter and filmed a video to give you an update on the things Brandon is doing to continue to keep the people we support safe and well.

Our local support teams will also be providing families, carers, and friends with more detailed updates, to ensure that you remain up to date and connected with one another.

Whilst none of us want to see another increase in virus cases, we have well-established measures in place to manage it. We have maintained our focus on COVID throughout the relative calm of the summer, and we have been able to respond quickly to the national rise in positive cases as a result. We would like to reassure families that we do not consider this a reason for complacency, and we are committed to remaining both vigilant and proactive in our approach.

As always, we would like to recognise and commend the wonderful efforts of our staff teams throughout Brandon during these challenging times. We would also like to thank families, carers, and friends for the time you take to provide them with much deserved thanks and positive feedback.
