Charity shops ready to welcome customers back

We're pleased to announce that our Whiteladies Road and Cotham Hill charity shops will re-open on Monday, 20 July. The Gloucester Road store will re-open in September.

The team has been hard at work adapting our Bristol charity shops into COVID-safe spaces and we're looking forward to welcoming our customers back!

Important information

Please read the information below before visiting us. If we all follow the guidance, we'll help keep each other safe.

• Opening hours
  Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm
• Safety guidance
  Safety posters (PDF, 230KB) are on display throughout the stores. We kindly ask that customers follow the guidelines for a safer browsing experience.
• Hand sanitising
  A hand sanitising station is available at the shop entrance. We ask all customers to use the station when they arrive at the shop.
• Face coverings
  All customers need to wear a face covering or mask from 24 July, 2020.
• Customer limits
  Each shop has a maximum customer capacity. More information is available outside each shop.
• Fitting rooms
  Fitting rooms are closed. We have extended our refund policy to 30 days to give customers more time to exchange or return items if they are not suitable.
• Payment
  We prefer contactless payment but we still accept cash payment.
• Donations
  The shops are accepting donations by arrangement only. We can only accept a limited amount of donations per day. Please call the shop first, or pop in and have a chat before donating. We will only accept donations if it is not safe to do so. All donations will be stored for a minimum of 72 hours before being placed for sale.
• Volunteers
  To minimise the number of people in the shop, we're asking our wonderful volunteers to stay at home for the time being. We miss you and hope to see you back soon! We're unable to accept new volunteer applications at the present time.

We apologise if the changes cause any inconvenience but if we follow the guidelines together, we'll help keep each other safe. We look forward to seeing you in store soon.
