Brandon's fundraising team receiving a cheque from David Wilson HomesWe want to say a huge thank you to the David Wilson Homes Community Fund for their kind donation of £1,000 to Brandon’s Dream Fund.

Sarah Crooks, fundraising development manager for Brandon, said: "Brandon's Dream Fund enables the people we support to achieve their dreams and wishes and to do things that will bring them happiness.

"We would like to thank David Wilson Homes for their generous support, which will help give the people we support experiences that leave them with not only memories and long-lasting smiles, but often with increased confidence and independence."

Ian Menham, managing director of David Wilson Homes, said: "It's great that we can support such worthwhile charities with the David Wilson Community Fund payment and the Brandon Trust is an excellent example of this."

A few words from a former Dream Fund applicant

Peter Hawkes, (Brandon's very own George Ezra, and friends, recently received some money from the Dream Fund for some new equipment for their music and sensory room.

Peter said: "We had fun looking through the computer, and putting things into a basket, I thought of things for people not so able as me, it was a nice feeling to buy them things they could use too.

"It was really fun when all the boxes started arriving. We played 'what’s in the box' and unwrapped them. Our music and sensory sessions are a lot better since all this equipment arrived. We are very lucky and happy and look forward to our sessions."
