Helen England joins Brandon as Interim Chief Executive

Helen England, Interim Chief Executive for Brandon TrustThe Board of Trustees is pleased to announce that Helen England has been appointed as Interim CEO for Brandon Trust. She is joining us with immediate effect for a period of between six and nine months.

Helen has worked in health and social care for more than thirty years. Her professional roles have spanned the NHS, the private and the voluntary sectors. She started her career as a music therapist and has a particular passion for working in the field of learning disability, autism and mental health. She is an experienced strategic director and CEO and has served as a Trustee, Vice-Chair and Chair on charity boards for the last eight years.

Helen said: “It is a huge privilege to be joining Brandon. This organisation is a key player in the social care sector, and I am already aware of the determination everyone at Brandon shares to see us go from strength to strength in delivering our vision of a world where people of different abilities truly belong.

“I am excited to have this opportunity and I look forward to seeing everything that we can achieve together over the coming months.”

Helen is committed to working with the Board and all staff and stakeholders to support the delivery of our services and the development of this organisation over the coming months.
