Who we are
Brandon supports more than 1,600 children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism through high-quality individualised support.
Brandon also employs more than 2,000 staff, who work in a range of roles from co-production and involvement experts to support workers, animal husbandry and market gardeners, retail, cafe baristas, accountants and social media managers. We also employ people we support and we offer supported employment and trainee placements in our social enterprise businesses.
