Who we are
At Brandon, we proudly support more than 1,600 children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism across the UK.
Our approach is rooted in high-quality, individualised support that recognises each person’s unique strengths, needs, and aspirations. Whether someone is looking to build independence, connect with their community, or pursue personal goals, we walk alongside them – enabling choice, fostering opportunity, and celebrating every step forward.
Commitment to inclusion
Our commitment to inclusion and person-centred care is reflected not only in the support we provide but also in the people who make it happen. Brandon employs over 2,000 dedicated staff members in a wide variety of roles. From support workers and co-production specialists to animal husbandry experts, market gardeners, retail assistants, cafe baristas, accountants and social media managers – our team is as diverse as the communities we serve.
We believe in creating meaningful pathways to employment for everyone, including the people we support. That’s why we offer supported employment opportunities and trainee placements through our social enterprise businesses. These roles provide hands-on experience, skill-building, and a sense of purpose, helping people gain confidence and thrive in inclusive work environments.
At Brandon, we’re more than a support provider – we’re a community. A place where people of all abilities are valued, included, and enabled to live the lives they choose.
