Ensuring that the support we provide is high quality, and focuses on what matters to people, is at the heart of all we do. Our aim is to empower our staff to be leaders in quality, providing them with the tools they need to be able to continuously improve the lives of the people they support.

Our support is regulated or accredited by a number of independent bodies

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The majority of our support is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. The CQC inspects all registered care services to make sure we provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, and high-quality care. You can see the ratings for all our services on our CQC ratings page.

Ofsted registration

Our children and young people’s Playlink schemes are regulated by Ofsted. Ofsted is a government department that inspects and regulates children’s education and care services in England to ensure that they provide suitable care. You can find links to our reports on our Ofsted Registration page.

Autism Accreditation Scheme

We’re also proud to have a number of our teams accredited through the National Autistic Society’s Autism Accreditation Scheme. You can find out more about the accreditation on the National Autistic Society website.

ISO 9001:2015

We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification certification for our Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 45001:2018 certification for Occupational Health and Safety. This highlights our dedication to consistently delivering services that meet regulatory requirements and prioritising customer satisfaction through our quality and safety management systems.
