Brandon Adventurers

First and foremost are our Adventurers – people we support who are employed by Brandon to consult on and co-produce everything we do. Their voices, ideas, and experiences are central to our decision-making. As experts by experience, they help us stay focused on what truly matters, challenge us to think differently, and inspire us to create services that reflect real lives and real aspirations.

Board of Trustees

Next is our Board of Trustees, a dedicated group of volunteers who bring a wealth of professional expertise from across sectors. They help shape our strategic direction, ensure we remain financially and ethically sound, and seek assurance about the quality and impact of our work. Their oversight helps us stay accountable to our mission and responsive to the evolving needs of the people we support.

Executive Leadership Team

Finally, our Executive Leadership Team, including our Chief Executive, leads the day-to-day operations of the charity. They work collaboratively to make decisions across all areas – from service delivery and workforce development to innovation and partnerships. Their role is to translate our vision into action, ensuring that our values are reflected in every aspect of our charity.
