Our Quality Assurance Manager is an integral member of the Executive Management Team, thus ensuring that quality permeates every aspect of our work.
We want to achieve excellent quality especially in the delivery of services to the people we support. They decide what good quality is to them, because as 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder', 'quality is in the experience of the consumer'.
