This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Did you know, between 2016 – 2017 there were 12.5 million working days lost across all UK workplaces due to mental health related illness?
Well, it's a magic number when you work in learning and development! It's a model that suggests the ratio of learning that takes place and where it takes place. Wouldn't you know it, the 70% is for learning that takes place 'on the job'.
