Our standards

Ensuring that the support we provide is high quality, and focuses on what matters to people, is at the heart of all we do. Our aim is to empower all our staff to be leaders in quality, providing them with the tools that they need to be able to continuously improve the lives of the people they support.

Our support is regulated or accredited by a number of independent bodies:

Care Quality Commission (CQC) - The majority of our support is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. The CQC inspect all registered care services to make sure we provide people with safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care. You can see the ratings for all our services on our CQC ratings page.

Ofsted Registration - Our children and young people's Playlink schemes are regulated by Ofsted. Ofsted is a government department that inspects and regulates children's education and care services in England to ensure that they are providing suitable care. You can find links to our reports on our Ofsted Registration page.

Autism Accreditation Scheme - We're also proud to have a number of our teams accredited through the National Autistic Society's Autism Accreditation Scheme. You can find out more about the accreditation on their website.

ISO 9001:2015 - We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification for our Quality Management Systems (QMS). This means that we have demonstrated that we consistently provide services that meet our regulatory requirements and that we aim to enhance customer satisfaction through our quality management systems.
